• Owning the delivery lifecycle for assigned games

• Acting as the primary point of contact for external platform partners and third-party teams

• Translating partner-raised issues (e.g., Bugzilla) into structured, actionable Jira tickets

• Managing and prioritising delivery backlogs to ensure certification and integration timelines are met

• Coordinating closely with Engineering, QA, Mathematics, Platform/Integration, and Commercial teams

• Monitoring progress across multiple parallel game certifications and proactively escalating risks

• Ensuring required assets, documentation, builds, and compliance materials are delivered on time

• Producing structured weekly delivery summaries highlighting progress, blockers, and key risks

Jira Workflow & Process Ownership

• Designing and maintaining Jira workflows that reflect the full delivery lifecycle (integration → QA → certification → release)

• Configuring issue types, statuses, screens, and custom fields to support multi-market certification tracking

• Managing Scrum and Kanban boards, swim lanes, filters, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability

• Setting up and maintaining Jira automation rules, including notifications, transitions, SLA tracking, and validations

• Optimising Jira structures and processes to improve visibility, reduce bottlenecks, and standardise delivery practices

Certification & Release Coordination

• Tracking certification status per game and jurisdiction

• Coordinating integration readiness between internal teams and external partners

• Identifying and managing delivery risks across multiple pipelines

• Supporting compliance and regulatory requirements through structured tracking and documentation management

• Ensuring release readiness through defined checklists and dependency oversight

How you’ll collaborate:

• Take ownership of execution and thrive in structured, delivery-focused environments

• Have 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Delivery Management, or Technical Program roles within iGaming, gaming, or regulated digital products

• Have proven experience delivering casino games or regulated products into external platforms

• Are highly proficient in Jira, including workflow configuration, automation setup, dashboards, and reporting optimisation

• Are comfortable managing multiple parallel delivery pipelines

• Have experience working directly with external partners and cross-company dependencies

• Are confident driving prioritisation and escalating risks without direct authority

• Are familiar with iGaming platforms, certification processes, and regulatory constraints

• Have experience working with distributed or remote teams

• Bring a structured, process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

• Are fluent in English

Nice to have
While not the primary focus of this role, it would be a plus if you:

• Have experience shaping slot game features or collaborating closely with Game Designers

• Possess a strong understanding of slot mechanics, RTP, volatility, and player engagement

• Have previously owned or contributed to roadmap discussions

• Are comfortable reviewing game builds and providing structured gameplay feedback

• Have experience analysing post-launch metrics such as Bet Share, Spin Share, or User Share
